Using this site

This site is published by MG Roofing Inc. for general information about our services. Nothing on it is a binding quote, a warranty, or professional advice about your specific building.

Estimates

Roof inspections and written estimates are free and carry no obligation. An estimate becomes binding only when both parties sign a written contract. Scope discovered after tear-off — most commonly damaged decking — is handled as a documented change order at the rate stated on your estimate, not as a surprise.

Insurance claims

We document damage accurately, provide a written scope and meet your adjuster on site. We are not public adjusters and we do not negotiate claims on your behalf. We will not waive, discount or absorb your deductible under any circumstances — doing so is insurance fraud.

Warranties

Manufacturer warranties are issued by the manufacturer under their terms. Any workmanship warranty we provide is stated in writing in your contract. Which coverages apply to your job will be set out before you sign.

Material guides, lifespans, capacities and relative costs on this site are general industry information to help you understand your options. They are not a specification for your building — that comes from the inspection.
